Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing times may be slightly longer than mass-produced goods. This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce excess inventory and waste while keeping the focus on quality and use.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each purchase is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.
Please review product details, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (via the Contact page) so we can make it right. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
To be considered for a replacement, you must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos documenting the issue
Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree that this made-to-order policy applies to your order and that disputes based on buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or delivery delays outside of our control are not valid grounds for chargebacks.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may be challenged with the payment provider using order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy.
